"Good, you have enough scars already," she nudged the brute. "Yuzuki," she glared at the pup, "I thought I had told you to stay at camp with Takoda." though her tone gave away how much she wanted pups of her own.

The brute gave a fake pout. "I rather like them! They compliment my... err... personality?", he said teasingly. His expression changed to a serious one. "Some of us might end up dead by then end of this. The healer is dead and she wasn't even in the fight. I remember in my pack, we once had a big fight... ", Convel looked at her.

The ginger fae stepped up beside him, "you fight, I fight." Feather spoke indignantly, all joking matter gone.

Convel looked at Feather worriedly. A sad smile took place over his frown. "And there is nothing I can say to stop you? ", the grey brute said, a slight breeze ruffling their fur.

Feather replied with one word, "Nothing," she said with determination, looking at Convel. She thought about licking his cheek for a moment, but decided against it, for it was too soon to tell if they were meant to be.

the pup snarled "ruff ruff grrrrrrrrrr." he was trying to look scaring but he wasnt doing to well." dont you worry guy i can handle him. again he tried to snarl"gggggggrrrrrrrr. you do anything i will atack. ruff ruff." he was sure he could take a full grown brute. and pretect his pack.(heard//its an inside joke) Evil or Very Mad

Kala loped up to Reesa. "Reesa, my brother's here! Can he stay, for a while?!" She wanted Fell to stay, but if there was to be a fight she didn't want to be fighting against her brother. He couldn't change her decision to betray her pack, she'd always been less loyal, slightly more twisted, willing to enjoy the fierce pleasure of the kill. (confused? read mist-mint valley)

"I figured. The pretty wolves I have seen like to be determined." Convel smiled, and asked, "If you are going to be fighting, I suppose that 'Takoda' will be too?" There was anger in his voice. The grey had figured the two to be together- at least at some point in life. Convel sent a glare at Kala, then turned his vision once again at Feather, anger turning to an odd mix of sorrow and hope.

"Back Yuzuki!" Feather snapped at the pup, looking back at Convel she whispered to him, "Is there something wrong with Koda? we were pack mates a whlie ago, but we are only friends, I don't like him like that," she paused, "I have my sights set on somebody else." pushing the pup away with her tail.

Confusion and the slightest tinge of hurt was on his face. Convel raised his white ear and let the grey one drop to the side. It was a habit he had gotten when he was confused; once he had watched a cat for hours, in the shadows, and he had gotten the habit from it. "Erm... who?"

kana woke up water all over her fur, "What the Hell!" she screamed trying to shake the water off her pelt she looked around something was off and she was really confused. "Whats going on here?" she asked. "Man, i must have been a sleep a wile," she thought giver her pelt another shake and looking around.

Feather hesitated for a moment, "err... OK." she looked un-decidedly at Convel, 'I wonder if he'll mind,' she thought.

"thanks" kana said smiling. She needed to do something to make her feel happy after such a dramatic day. hunting would help with that and she wanted to sharpen her hunting skills.

"C'mon Kana, buck up, we'll make Wynd proud." she smiled kindly at the younger fae, "me and you have suffered, but it only makes us stronger." she noted gently, turning carefully, making sure that her tail brushed ever so slightly under Convels chin.

The brute sent a small glare to his sister. "Sure, hunting would be wonderful,", he turned to Feather. A slight hope was built in his head towards her, and he couldn't help but smile. He moved so that he was still facing her, and felt if he could he would be blushing.

"Thanks Reesa!" She said. She turned to her brother, who had followed her. "I'm going to hunt. you stay here and.... bond." She loped away, sniffing for hare.

"Great, where should we go?" Feather asked him, looking him in the eyes and noticing how much they looked like Kanas, she tried to ignore it, not showing any confusion on her face. The she-wolf wanted to catch something like a deer or goat, so that there could be her and Convel on one side and Kana on another, Fea trotted backwards for a few paces, and then turned and began walking in the middle of the two wolves again.

"Hmm... c'mon, I know a place where we can get something. Wild hog and deer.", Convel noticed her watching him, and glanced at his sister. "How long do you think we will be able to go without Reesa sending us out to fight?" He asked, trying to start a conversation.

Fell stood there awkwardly, standing in front of the pretty alphess. "Ummm... thanks..." He said hesitantly. "What's your name? Reesa, right?" He asked. 'She's really pretty,' He thought, thinking of the way her pelt caught the light. 'Something about her eyes...' He hoped she didn't think he was a total idiot. Fell was still used to being alpha, from his last pack, so he wasn't entirely sure how to be submissive,if it became necessary.

"As long as we're out doing something else for the pack." Feather laughed, not noticing a root sticking out from the ground, her paw caught and she tripped, right on top of Convel. Though she didn't really want to move, she jumped off of him, "Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" she lowered her tail, though she thought it was hilarious, she didn't know if the brute thought so too.

He was a bit disappointed when the fae got up from where she had fallen, but he grinned. "A bit clumsy there are we, eh? You alright?" He asked, successfully wiping the grin off and replacing it with his usual lazy smile.

Feather shook, not looking at the brute, "Yeah, I'm fine," she said with embarrassment, "so," she said, wanting to change the subject, "lets get to this hog hunting place, shall we?"
